Plan, design and style Your event together

But leave all the organisation with me !

Plan your Wedding with me

Who doesn't love a good wedding? Firstly, it is such an honour to be chosen to plan a wedding day. I've lost count of the number I have organised and designed but I can honestly say that every single time I meet a new Bride and Groom, and they choose me to be their planner, I'm just as excited as the last!
I work closely with the couple from the moment the first meeting or call takes place by opening up the discussion on ideas, budgets, creating mood boards, and visuals, ready for a master plan of schedules and deadlines to begin. I believe it is vital that the planning process remains stress free throughout every couple's journey so that we can all enjoy the whole experience, not to mention the fun bits like designing the wedding stationery, table scapes, choosing the floral decor, and let's not forget tasting the food and cocktails! My trustworthy friends / reputable venues and suppliers within the industry guarantee a reliable service to ensure a smooth delivery on the day.

Plan your private party with me

The best bit about my job is meeting new people. I love sitting down with my laptop, having a chat and a brainstorm over a cuppa. I love the organisation, and I even love the challenges I sometimes have to face that push the boundaries to make things happen. When each event is tailored to individual needs, it’s really important for me to get to know and understand my clients whilst I work with them and for them, for days, weeks, months and even years.
Music playlists, favourite restaurants, food, flowers, sports, hobbies or favourite colours. It’s the meticulous attention to detail that will eventually create your unique event. Your event will be cherished and the memories will last a life time. That is why it is just as important to me, as it is for you.

Plan your corporate event with me

Sprinkled in between the private events, I’ve had the honour of working with some very well-known charities. I have assisted with gala dinners or fundraising events for causes that are hugely important to so many of us.
For corporate clients I’ve organised AGMs, dinners and award ceremonies.
In the same way that I work with private clients, it’s imperative I get to know the companies vision and ethos, understanding the brand narrative to help define any events in true-keeping with their look and feel. I listen to the needs of my clients and go beyond the conventional to produce a successful event.

A short story
about me

After a short, but enjoyable stint working in TV, I began working in the City. I was given the task of organising the office Christmas party for more than 300 staff. It was the party to end all parties and immediately ignited my love for event planning!

I set about looking for events planning jobs and after many weeks and rejection letters, an events company van stopped next to me at stationary traffic. It stopped long enough for me to frantically scribble down the number on the side of the van – it was as if fate was giving me a helping hand!

I called the number and they agreed to keep my CV on file. Within the month, they called me back and offered me a maternity cover position.

I have spent the last 15 years planning and being a part of the most incredible and awe inspiring events.

I have seen the good, the bad and the awesome, but of course would never tell – as client confidentiality is key!

I’ve learnt, worked and collaborated with high end event agencies, and my little black book boasts some of the most renowned suppliers, hotels, restaurants and venues in the industry both in the UK, as well as some spots abroad.

Now, as a mum of two and working as a Freelance Event Manager, I am able to balance work and real life – dedicating my time to working on the events that I know I can bring that extra special something to.

So, if you would like to discuss your event, drop me a line, I would love to hear from you.

Why Work With Me

I would say my greatest strength is being calm whilst I work.

This is something that I’ve been told on countless occasions and it is a characteristic that I’m proud of as it is hugely important in the role that I have.

I excel in both building and sustaining strong relationships with my clients and suppliers, taking away pressure throughout the planning process.

I deliver events of all levels, within all budgets.
